The Website Build Checklist We Always Use

On August 10, 2020

It’s critical that you understand your exact target market and the needs of your business when looking to create a presence online. This means there are many points that need to be considered while designing the website. The website should be designed in such a manner that would entice users to buy your products, use your sevices, or generally trigger your chosen call to action.

With every project we begin, we follow a specific checklist of standards:

  • Easy navigational structures
  • Fixed versus fluid design analysis
  • Corporate colours utilisation
  • Browser safe colours
  • Visual hierarchy analysis
  • CSS style sheet based font formatting
  • Visual design consistency
  • Webpage dimension planning
  • Website page length and content analysis
  • Web design grids for graphics and text placement
  • Page header and footer content analysis
  • Analysis of using tables or divs
  • Web design accessibility analysis
  • Cross-platform compatibility testing
  • Font typefaces planning
  • Use of headings

If you want to achieve success in your business then it is very important for you to get an online presence. You should build a website that reflects your business and carefully targets your audience. Your website should not only look good, but incorporate many unseen complexities. This accordingly requires expertise and knowledge to achieve.
